[mythtv-users] Is this HD-PVR dead?

Here's a short bit of background first.  I've been using a Rev C2
HD-PVR with a development version of trunk for several months without
significant problems.  I've also had a Rev D2 HD-PVR I got on sale
awhile back sitting in a box until I was ready to deploy both with a
production version of Myth.  After struggling with various other
hardware issues, I thought that day had finally come.  Everything
looked good and tested OK, then...

The C2 HD-PVR that had worked fine for months started acting up and is
no longer attaches correctly to USB.  Here is one of the kernel logs
from when the HD-PVR -s turned on or plugged in.

I've checked all of the releavant FAQs I could find and tried all of
the suggestions to no avail.  This HD-PVR acts the same way with two
different systems and two different USB cables.  The other HD-PVR
works fine with both systems and cables.

Has anyone else experienced this or have other suggestions to try?
