I got the firmware and copied it to /lib/firmware and rebooted. Is that all
there is to installing it?

Then I plugged the tuner in a usb port and connected the cable to it. Then
rebooted again just in case.
Next I went in the the backend to capture card setup and it showed the ATI
as auto-detected so I just hit finished.
Now in the frontend, under Status/tuners, it shows up as tuner 3 but it says
unavailable next to it.

Any suggestions on what I should do now?
