Ahhh OK, thanks, that's the bit I was missing.

Just to be certain, I don't have to re-download all my metadata again? The theme cache just holds scaled versions of the metadata already downloaded?

It's a bit of a pain though, it has to be said. I think it would be good if the theme cache got updated if fanart etc was changed.
