Too bad.  All I can tell you is that I've seen this exact issue in other 
posts to the list and/or on IRC, but I've never been able to figure out 
what's causing it or reproduce it.  If--I mean, when--you figure it out, 
please make sure you let us all know to help out the next one(s) with 
the issue.
