This is where I made the changes for my buttons. I have a library.xml
file that I just copied over from
/usr/share/mythtv/themes/defaultmenu/library.xml to my ~/.mythtv/
folder. Then I added the following button in:

   <button>
     <type>TV_WATCH_RECORDINGS</type>
     <text>Hulu</text>
     <action>EXEC huludesktop %F</action>
   </button>
