[mythtv-users] One channel won't lock even though it use to

Out of the blue, I can no longer tune the PBS channel in phoenix with
OTA Kworld ATSC-110 on Mythbuntu 9.04. This started happening awhile
back but I thought it was just poor signal and I figured I'd try
later. It still won't lock. The signal looks good at 99% and the S/N
is around 4.8dB but the BE flickers between 0 and 2038 (not sure what
BE is). I rescaned the channel but it doesn't even pick the PBS
channel up. I plugged an antenna into the TV and scanned with the TV
internal tuner and it was able to pickup PBS. I saw this so I'm not
sure if it's related.
