[mythtv-users] Surewest KC QAM + HDHomeRun

Hi,

I just got Surewest Digital cable installed.  Using my HDTV QAM tuner I did
a channel scan and was able to pick up a lot of channels!  Way more than
TWC.  I then connected my HDHR to my Cable, did a channel scan and here is
where I having issues.  I tried using the windows client and got the same
list as my TV.  So the issue is in MythtTV.

First, here is a list of what my TV picks up:

I went through Zap2it to write down all the XML ID's.

Now when i channel scan with either QAM64 or 256 I get this page after the
scan completes:

Then If i say insert all I get:

So what do i do at these screens?
