[mythtv-users] missing menu-ui.xml in most of the myth themes

So I just had something kind of weird happen.  I changed themes in
mythfrontend from G.A.N.T to Mythcenter-wide, and after doing so, the front
end restarted without a menu.  All I saw was the blue background and had no
way to navigate.

Can anyone running 0.21 stable confirm whether or not each theme is supposed
to have its own menu-ui.xml file?  Some of the error messages I am seeing
seem to suggest that file is missing from the Mythcenter-wide theme.  And if
I grep through all the theme directories for "menu-ui," it only seems to be
in three of them.

cd /usr/share/mythtv/themes

$ find . | grep -Ri "menu-ui"
./Terra/menu-ui.xml
./blue/menu-ui.xml
./G.A.N.T/menu-ui.xml

I have the SVN trunk installed:

mythtv-base-themes-0.22-0.2.svn.r20488.fc11.i586
