Off the top of my head, doesn't look like it.  The NFS hang issues had 
more to do with socket-level communications, and the NFS items I saw on 
that page were something else.

OTOH, spurred on by this thread list night, and someone's helpful 
posting of the right link, I've patched svc_xprt.c and svcsock.c as 
indicated, and when I have time I'll back up kernel, initrd, and 
modules, build a new kernel with this new code, and see how it goes. 
The server is at 2.6.28-hardened-r7, and the clients are at 2.6.29-r?, 
but it was interesting to see that the clients had some elements of the 
patches, were missing some, and had other changes, as well.  I wonder if 
the patches were subsequently done better, or could only be partially 
applied because of other changes.
