[mythtv-users] First mythfilldatabase creates duplicate channel entries.

I'm upgrading to Ubuntu Jaunty, and trying to migrate my mythbackend
setup. After a few hiccups, I decided to do a clean install of mythtv
onto Ubuntu (using the mythbuntu package), and merge in some of the
info from my old install. I haven't done the merge yet, just working
with the completely clean install.

I do a channel scan on my PVR-500 card to get the cable channels into
the database, then exit setup and run mythfilldatabase. Watching the
channel table during this process, I see the "UNKNOWN[number]"
channels populate the table just fine. Then when mythfilldatabase
runs (using Schedules direct as its data source), it adds several
channels to the table, causing duplicate entries to show up.

What I end up with is a series of channels, different numbers, all
called "TVGN" with the same program data when I view it it mythweb.
Looking at the channel table, each "TVGN" channel number that isn't
supposed to be TVGN has two entries in the table, the first one being
TVGN and the second one being the right one.

Any idea how/why mythfilldatabase is doing this? I've asked SD the
same question, but the XML file looks right (or at least not obviously
broken).
