Hmmm, just spotted that that is incorrect.
For recordings it can be:
mythcommflag --rebuild --file <filename>
or
mythcommflag --rebuild -c <channel> -s <starttime>

and for videos it can be:
mythcommflag --rebuild --video <filename>
