I've been running with the DeviceReadBuffer patch successfully since I
setup my HD-PVR. I've also got a PVR-150, HVR-950Q, and a HVR-850 on
the same backend. I had a PVR-250 on there as well, but since the
Comcast cutover, it's disabled...
