the OS and kernel havent been touched in about 2 years. I would like to update it
but I dont for fear of odd happenings just like this...
But I tried the latest hdpvr drivers this morning and the beta firmware from
the wiki page and still it can only record once and then fails.
adding hdpvr_debug only gives messages like:
Hauppauge HD PVR: no video signal at input 0
going back to revision 10880 to see if it helps.
