I rename a few channel on Freesat to match Freeview, e.g. BBC 1 Wales vs.
BBC ONE Wale etc etc. This way the scheduler can decide which to record.
Then I give all the regional variations a channel priority of -1 so that it
usually records from my 'local' variation. I use EIT for both and it is
pretty reliable. The only issue I see is occasional re-rerecording when
shows are repeated with different program id's, it seems to happen most on
Five US and ITV3/4.

I have one DVB-S card and two DVB-T sticks. I do use multirec with 3
'tuners' per card. I did have a problem (just once) when there were 6
simultaneous recordings to the one disk... I now split recordings across two
disks.

Oh, I am using 0.21-fixes.
