You might want to check out the wiki at:

http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Fedora_10_-_Package_Dependencies

which is a script to install the needed packages for F10 before you 
compile SVN. It is not exactly correct at the moment, due to changes 
between atrpms and rpmfusion. The listed version perfers the atrpms repo 
but could be easily amended to use rpmfusion if that is your preference.

You are obviously missing the 'glue' packages for X11 support etc etc.

That script catches them all nicely. I got tired of hunting for them all 
and made notes. And I am lazy enough to make scripts out of my notes.
Do NOT run it from a slow link however. Like updating the size of the 
download can be daunting on a slow link.
