I can't think of any 9600GT that are fanless.

The 8400/8300/8500 won't do it for sure.

Both my 8600GT with 256MB and 512MB of video RAM, do Advanced 2X on 1080i
perfectly.

And they can be found in a fanless configuration.

That's what I would get if you can find them...

With nvidia drivers >= 180.35, they do VC-1 decoding now.

The other issue is the deinterlacers. Some of the cards can&#39;t handle<br=
