Tja.

I remember seeing something like that from long ago. 
I belive changing pci slot was a solver because something of VIA chipset motherboard.
I have not seen that problem for years 2xhauppauge nexus-ca(dvb_ttpci)
so i dunno.
I recommend changing pci-slot then loosing the CI and try a softcam to
see if that helps.
Besides using CI today is unnecessary, as softcam does the job equal,
and provides you to share your programcard to several tv-cards.
