Correct.

No. I only have one box which dual-boots Windows, and I use it for
financial stuff only (Turbo Tax, Quicken) - it does not talk to the HD-HR.
I think there was another poster in the chain who stated that his HD-HR
works under Windows.

Hdhomerun_config works fine - if you look at one of my posts, you'll also
see output from .../tuner0/debug under the app, the firmware date as well,
and the IP address output from discover.

Correct. In addition, when I try to use it with LiveTV, it shows channel
number and signal strength, but only a partial lock ("L__") and times out.

None of this should have changed between last Friday, when everything
worked, and Monday, when it didn't. Not that it couldn't have, but my
guess is that it's a remote possibility only. I've never used OTA, I'm
definitely in a fringe area. Also, it uses the same video source for both
the QAM section of the 5500 and the HD-HR.

The pchd5500 and the HD-HR have worked flawlessly together for over a
year. Why would this change without obvious reason? Again - not that it
couldn't happen but WHY would it?

I will try your suggestion of deleting the tuners again and then replacing
only the HD-HR.

This one really has me scratching my head....!

Thanks - Bob
