[mythtv-users] /dev/video0 and /dev/video1 occasionally swapped on reboot: udev rule needed?

There is a command to reload the udev rules but of course I don't remember
it. Maybe someone else here does? That way you don't need to fully reboot
the machine, which is a huge PITA IMO.
