Because I see some things not entirely right in there.
As do you, for other reasons.

In other posts I saw multiple mythacbkend runs being quoted.
And how random is random?
On my tiny Epia EN12000 the scheduler would kick in every time and waste
CPU in calculating schedules for days and days ahead, thus making things
like mythweb very slow.
How certain are we this is not the case?
How was this decided?
How is the machine's power evaluated versus the task being done?

A 100% CPU load is nothing wrong, per C. The particular circumstances
*may* point toward a problem.
You explain why it is a problem and how you got there.

And please keep discussions on the list.
