[mythtv-users] ivtv and cx88-dvb not playing nice

Use the video4linux-ivtv-kmdl-2.6.18-128.1.10.el5.centos.plus-1 rpm 
instead. It works well with the 
video4linux-kmdl-2.6.18-128.1.10.el5.centos.plus-1 rpm (whereas the 
ivtv-kmdl-2.6.18-128.1.10.el5.centos.plus-1 rpm does not).

I'm in a similar situation (PVR150 + PVR250 + KNC 1 DVB-C) and this 
works for me.
