Just recently I helped someone out with the same error message. I filed a
bug against ffmpeg a few weeks ago, but there hasn't been any movement. You
can find the bug at:

http://roundup.ffmpeg.org/roundup/ffmpeg/issue1126

Would you mind trying out the patch to see if it fixes your issue? If it
does, please comment on the bug as well to give it higher visibility to the
devs.
