[mythtv-users] How to get 5.1 dts spdif out from ac3 sources?

To be clearer:
When the upmix stuff was FIRST added to stable/fixes it worked in upmixing
stereo to 5.1 for digital output, and did an alright job of it.  It did NOT
work, though, when native AC3 stuff tried to play.

Now it does not work at all if you set it to 5.1 when you have digital
output.
