The whole thing is Low Power/Quiet
- NSK 2480B Sound Proof Case
- EarthWatts 380w Power supply
- AMD 5050e - 45W
- 2GB RAM
- WD 1 TB GreenPower HD
- 4 Artec T14BR Tuners
- 4 Port USB Hub
- 4 Way Powered Splitter for the TV Signal

Works a charm - power consumption is 60W Idle, 70W when recording. Whisper 
quiet, can't hear a thing.

But as Raymond said with DVB there's no encoding required, its just streamed 
straight to disk. Biggest issue would be bandwidth on the USB hub and we're no 
where near flooding that.
