Hi

nVidia has released new drivers ; they are quite more stable than the
"stable" 185.18.14

Something to be aware of when using with Myth.

1- Disable OpenGL V-Sync in Setup -> TV Settings -> Playback ;
otherwise you'll get a lot of
../../src/xcb_io.c:176: process_responses: Assertion `!(req &&
current_request && !(((long) (req->sequence) - (long)
(current_request)) <= 0))' failed.
with MythTV being aborted.

You don't need OpenGL V-Sync to prevent tearing with VDPAU playback.

2- Disable "UseEvents" (Option "UseEvents" "False")

If set to True (the default is False), when going through screens in
MythTV results in the PC hanging for 10+ seconds each time and MythTV
taking 100% of CPU time...
This isn't just MythTV, any Qt based (KDE 3 or KDE4) will show the same problem

Hope this help
Jean-Yves
