I have 2 of the 9550's with infiniband connectors going to a a pair of
backplanes in a server.
http://www.aicipc.com/ProductDetail.aspx?ref=RSC-3ED2-2 This was one of our
old servers at work that I was able to pick up at a nice price.
Our new servers use the 9650's, one of them has 24 drives in it using 2
cards, the older servers with 24 in them used 3 cards. But yes they are
expensive.
