Peter,

Thanks for posting the log. Having looked through it, I tend to concur
with Mike in that the HDHR likely has a configuration issue. In the
log, the most recent restart of the backend resulted in the output:

Starting up as the master server.
2009-07-01 16:29:10.484 HDHRChan(12108420/0): device found at address
192.168.11.78
2009-07-01 16:29:10.487 New DB connection, total: 3
2009-07-01 16:29:10.491 Connected to database 'mythconverg' at host: localhost
2009-07-01 16:29:10.548 HDHRChan(12108420/1): device found at address
192.168.11.78
2009-07-01 16:29:10.561 TVRec(3) Error: Problem finding starting
channel, setting to default of '3'.
2009-07-01 16:29:10.562 Channel()::Open(): Can't open video device,
error "No such file or directory"
2009-07-01 16:29:10.578 New DB scheduler connection

As a UK user, please note that I do not have any experience of the
HDHR device, but that video device error needs to be fixed. As Mike
suggests, first of all check that both/all? HDHR outputs provide data
outside of MythTV.

Once this has been established, it might well be worth going through
the device's configuration within mythtv-setup in realtime with a HDHR
user on #mythtv-users on irc.freenode.net, just to check.

Cheers,
Nick
