Updated bulk TV updater/screenshot generator/length generator to match:

As always, totally unsupported, please don't ask, yadda yadda yadda.
I am leaving this set of scripts as deprecated as .22 will require
something a bit different-- hoping to have something working by the
release if my recent patches get applied in time.
