Unless you are taking an RF output of a DISH receiver into a tuner, it 
wouldn't matter much, I'd use the us-bcast in that case. 

But that would be the worst possible way to get DISH into your Myth system. 
Use the S-Video input to your capture device, or composite video as a second 
choice. RF would be the last choice.
