I've never been happy with the Intel driver for my X3100 IGP.
OpenGL vsync doesn't work.. (but most OpenGL features don't work anyway)

Quite a few annoying tearing too..

So I got a nVidia 9400GT passively cooled ; very happy since and VDPAU
looks very promising.
