[mythtv-users] ASUS M3N78-EM - issue with sleep/resume

Hi *
I have issue with ASUS M3N78-EM and suspend-to-ram.
Mobo correct sleeps/resumes correctly only first cycle.
In second & consecutive cycles, mobo goes sleep and immediately resumes.
Issue is USB related - as disconnecting MCE USB IR receiver and trigger sleep via echo mem > /sys/proc/power works OK.
Kernel is 2.6.27.10. (2.6.28) also tested with the same results.  
All works OK on Abit AN-M2HD.
Do You have idea how I can debug issue and how to overcome it ?
