I don't know about other systems, or DVB-T, but I can tell you the
streams I get via Sasktel here are
Video: MPEG2 Video 352x480 (4:3) 29.97fps 15000Kbps [Video]
Audio: MPEG Audio 48000Hz stereo 192Kbps [Audio].
I don't have any of the HD channels, but I believe they are h264 and
AAC (Or AC3) encoded to fit into a similar bandwidth profile. I could
be wrong in that regard, however.
