Ok, I don't know if the format has changed from 0.20-* to 0.21-* I use 
0.21-fixes.

You need tho type in your own path. The other thing I wrote was to 
illustrate what format you need to use.

My setup is fetching the following file: /home/data/linux/store/iplist.m3u
