Yep I saw that. Having listened to a Kindle 2 speak I don't think the
Authors guild has anything to worry about yet.....but it does bring up
an interesting legal issue as the technology is improving all the time.

This reminds me of the currently discussion about the Kindle 2 begin
able to read aloud to you. The president of the Author's Guild is upset
because it doesn't pay for audio rights to the book:
