[mythtv-users] Help! Fried my motherboard, need to build a new backend quick.

Hi,

Short story: I killed my master backend/frontend's motherboard, and need
advice on hardware to replace it quickly. Any and all advice will be
accepted. Normally I'd spend several weeks researching before buying, but I
don't have that kind of time, so I'm hoping to leverage the Myth community's
awesome power.

I need: at least 2 SATA, at least 1 IDE channel
at least 2 PCI slots, preferrably more - one for a PVR250, one for my nvidia
5200 video card
at least 2 network adapters (one built in is fine, if I have room to add a
second)

Long story:
I decided to switch to Sasktel max (IPTV) and had it installed today. I was
going to install a new network card, and everything went fine up until the
PVR250 started trying to record something, when a kernel panic was caused by
an IRQ conflict. I tried playing around with the bios settings to resolve
the IRQ conflict, and resulted in a non-booting (still powering but not
posting) system. No problem, I thought, I'll just reset the CMOS via the
handy jumper on the motherboard.

I flipped it to the reset position, and then powered the system up (whoops)
which appears to have fried my motherboard (A soltek SL K8TPro-939) When I
flip the power now, absolutely nothing happens, no power, no post beeps.

Ack. Any help?

Thanks!

Greg
