It is unfortunate that with the nvidia drivers you can't have proper
vsync when using xv-blit if the display refresh rate match the frame
rate of the video being played.

Some people reported that adding:
        Option      "UseEvents" "True"

In the Display section of their xorg.conf file fixed the problem ; but
not for me.
