[mythtv-users] Updating digital channels without scanning

I *think* you could scan outside of Myth and then update the DB with
all of the values that have changed.  You could run the scan using the
"Minimal Updates" option.  I think you'll only have to delete the old
channel and set your specific settings on the new one.
