You'd also need a PCI nVidia card that can do VDUAPI and PCI audio card 
(unless plain stereo is good enough for you) to hope to do HD, and even 
then, the only PCI nVidia cards I know of are 8xxx series, and you may 
end up needing a 9xxx series (see other posts on the subject) before all 
is said and done.

However, that box, with a old HD from a retired PC or laptop and a $10 
NIC would make one heck of a nicely priced Clark Connect box.
