[mythtv-users] The $99 frontend is here. Is this too good to be true?

They're liquidators.  They purchase hardware from companies going out
of business or falling upon hard times for pennies on the dollar, and
resell it.

It's also below average processorwise, memorywise, and diskwise (2 GB
CF) and still using a bookcase format case (which are often used for
Micro ATX motherboards).  It'd probably make a fairly slick SD
frontend (or ultimately a decent VDPAU frontend w/ the addition of a
PCI nvidia card), but IMO the SD ship has sailed-- I'd rather get an
Atom board and get more power, smaller form factor, and drastically
reduced power consumption.
