[mythtv-users] Cause of recordings not found?

Hi,
earlier this evening I was attempting to show off my mythtv box to a
family member. I set it to record 8 shows. I have 4 physical tuners
comprised of
2 x Nova-T cards
1 x dual tuner USB
At the time my wife was actually in the kitchen watching live tv via a
frontend running on an iMac. So I was only able to record 7, on the
8th it
displayed a conflict.

I've come to look at some of the playbacks and noticed 4 of them had
no preview image in the recordings screen.
When I tail the logfile on the frontend and move over one of these
recordings I see:-

Whether these have got anything to do with tonights issue I do not know?
