Not all of them but this is the cmd its running:
fmpeg -threads 2 -v 1 -i "/tv/d2/1811_20091220190000.mpg" -r ntsc -target
dvd -b 4771k -s 720x480 -acodec copy -copyts -aspect 16:9
"/tv/d2/.work/work/2/newfile2.mpg" -map 0:0 -map 0:1

according the ffmpeg man page -b says:

-b bitrate
           Set the video bitrate in bit/s (default = 200 kb/s).
