That would be the in-memory variable that I mentioned.  Did you actually 
restart your mythtv systems?  Doing so should have fixed the issue 
(until the next time mythfilldatabase failed to terminate 
properly--again, likely due to known, but not yet fixed problems with 
myth_system()).
