That's normal... A 5.1 AC3 or DTS stream is embedded in a PCM 2.0 stream.

So the only thing you can output on a iec958 interface, is stereo

It's likely your TV will only accept stereo anyway.
Uncheck both AC3 and DTS in the audio settings
