[mythtv-users] Removing Skiplist in 0.22

Mike,

I don't see anything in the mythcommflag page about clearing skiplist.  I
searched the whole page for the word skip.

I see clearcutlist.  I see copy skiplist to the cutlist.  But nothing about
clearking the skiplist.

Also, this must be an old page.  The current mythcommflag has
--getskiplist.  The web page did not mention it.

Just took a shot at there being a --clearskiplist like the --clearcutlist.
No luck.
