[mythtv-users] LiveTV fails on the hour with "Error: Video frame buffering failed too many times."

Hi John,

Im by no means an expert, but i saw the same thing when i used the
mythfrontend that came with myhtbuntu 9.10, i got asked to install debug
symbols, but this lead me to build mythtv from the 0.22 fixes. And that
solved my problem. I dont know if that will help you, as it takes some time
to make it compile if you have not done this kind of thing before

i followed this one, but it does not explain what other things you need
apart from the mythtv source
