According to http://www.tcforensic.com.au/docs/article10.html, the
Ignition point for paper is 218°-246°C (That's 424-474°F). 451°F is
smack-bang in the middle of that lot. There is another work that
states "Paper" autoignites at 450C, but the "Paper" they are referring
to is rayon or cotton-based, rather than simple wood pulp.
