[mythtv-users] Some HDHomeRun Channels Don't Show

Having a # symbol in the channel number means MythTV was unable to find 
the information in the stream it needed to properly assign a channel 
number and callsign to the channel.  Having a # symbol in a channel 
number is a flag to you that you have to manually fix the data about the 
channel before running mythfilldatabase.

So, at this point, you need fix your input connections--basically the 
video sources portion of: 
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/264034#264034 .  When 
you're re-doing things, scan, then fix xmltvid's (and feel free to fix 
channel numbers and callsigns), then run mythfilldatabase.
