In addition to the other suggestions in the thread, in 0.21-fixes the
PAGETOP, PAGEMIDDLE, and PAGEBOTTOM bindings are very helpful when
navigating large Watch Recordings panes, whether left or right. I have
1100 recordings, almost all of which are in one recording group; via
PAGEMIDDLE and the PAGEDOWN and PAGEUP bindings I can get from "top"
of Watch Recordings to any recording in five seconds or less, even
with "Show Titles" enabled.

says the bindings have, sadly, disappeared from trunk. If equivalent
functionality doesn't return by 0.22's release I'll see if I can
recreate it, but no guarantees as I have no experience with MythUI.)
