[mythtv-users] Graphite, big changes...

So Graphite lives in trunk now (in /themes, not in the mythtv module).
 I will keep it up to date there and those of you who asked me about
version control should be able to indulge that.  Graphite also got a
few recent tweaks that I hadn't released (mostly text alignment and
size issues), so it's probably worth tracking the trunk version from
now on.
