I've been using ext4 for my video partition (about 1.5TB on LVM) under
Fedora 11 for about six months with no problem on the default
settings.  Here is my line from fstab:
/dev/mapper/vg_server-LogVol00    /video  ext4  defaults  1 2

Deleting is significantly faster than ext3.
